Booking Guidelines for Study Skills Workshops and Consultation Sessions

  1. Students can log into the online booking system using their portal user ID and password. Students are required to provide some personal information (e.g. Name, Faculty, and email address) for system registration.
  2. As this service is very popular, students are only allowed to book one workshop held in the same week and one consultation session every two weeks.
  3. Students are not allowed to book a workshop more than once.
  4. If a student is unable to attend a booked session, he/she must cancel the booking at least 24 hours before the session start time.
  5. If a student fails to attend any booked session, he/she would be banned from making booking for 1 month.
  6. Students are reminded to pay attention to the venue location and be punctual to the session.
