The Online Registration Form is intended for students who do not require immediate assistance or who are not at risk. The appointment timeslots available through this registration form are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The form will be temporarily closed when all the available timeslots are booked. You can revisit for future availability or reach out for counselling support through our drop-in service.
Upon submission of the form, a direct intake appointment will be scheduled for the student. The routine waiting time is 2-4 weeks.
In the event of an emergency or imminent danger, please call 999 or proceed to the nearest emergency department for immediate assistance.
For urgent matters that you would like to discuss with a counsellor, please attend a drop-in session, which is available from Monday to Friday, 10:00 am – 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm (except University holidays), to speak with our Duty Counsellor.
During the registration process, you will be required to provide essential personal information. To ensure the security of your data, we advise using your personal electronic device instead of public computers.
If you have read and understood the information above and wish to proceed with the registration, please click the “Next” button to continue.
