Acceptance of terms By using iMAP, you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of iMAP. iMAP may change these terms at any time by posting changes online. Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made. Your continued use of iMAP after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended. 2. User submission and proper conduct As a user (users are defined as visitors, viewers, and submitters of any content) of an iMAP account, you are eligible to submit video and other type of visuals. Videos and visual are referred to as user submissions. You are solely responsible for your user submissions and all the consequences that befall your posting or publishing of them. You guarantee that you own or are authorized to use the content. You retain all ownership rights to your user submissions. By submitting user submissions to iMAP, you give iMAP a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, and prepare derivative works of the user submissions in any form or channel of media. You also give iMAP users a non-exclusive license to access your user submissions through iMAP's website, and to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform such user submissions as permitted by iMAP's functionality and its Terms of Use. Once you remove or delete your user submissions from iMAP, the above licenses granted by you will terminate within a commercially reasonable amount of time. However, even upon removal or deletion, you agree that iMAP may keep, display, distribute or perform, a copy of User Submissions for archive purposes. iMAP does not endorse any user submissions or any of the views expressed in user submissions. You agree to release iMAP from any liability associated with user submissions. You agree not to submit content that: (1) violates copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property, rights, privacy or publicity rights of third parties; (2) is pornographic or sexually explicit; (3) involves disgusting, indecent, immoral or illegal activities, such as animal abuse or drug abuse; (4) contains offensive material, such as hate speech, which is language that attacks a group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation or gender identity, disability and age; (5) is seditious or of such a nature as to cause public disorder. 3. Permitted Uses of iMAP’s Content iMAP gives you permission to access and use its website only if you agree to the following conditions: (1) You will not distribute any portion of iMAP in any form without iMAP's prior written consent. (2) You will not use iMAP for any commercial purposes without prior written consent from iMAP. (3) iMAP content refers to the software, scripts, text, graphics, photos, audio, video, interactive features, and related materials, as well as corresponding trademarks and logos, that are used in the operation of iMAP. iMAP content is owned by iMAP and is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. (4) iMAP reserves the right to remove content at any time without prior notification. 4. Third party information iMAP may contain information provided by third parties or sourced by us from other references or information sources that are not owned or controlled by iMAP. iMAP is not responsible for the content, regulations, or practices of these third parties websites. if any such information is not up to date, iMAP does not separately verify the information provided by such third parties or agencies and you are cautioned thus to the reliability and accuracy of the information accordingly. By using iMAP, you declare that you and you alone are responsible for any consequences of using third parties websites. 5. Limited liability and warranty iMAP does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the content of iMAP or any third party websites linked to iMAP. Under no circumstances will iMAP be liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such losses where foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise): (1) Errors or omissions in content; (2) Personal injury or property damage of any kind incurred from accessing or using iMAP; (3) Unauthorized access to or use of iMAP's secure servers and/or any personal or financial information stored; (4) Any interrupted transmissions to or from iMAP; and (5) Any loss or damage resulting from the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or shared through iMAP. HKU does not warrant that functions contained in the Site's content will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or the server that makes it available is free of viruses or bugs. 6. Copyright and trademarks Names, images and logos identifying HKU or third parties and their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trademarks of HKU and/or third parties. Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppels or otherwise any licence or right to use any trademark, patent, design right or copyright of HKU, or any other third party. All trademarks reproduced in this Site, which are not the property of, or licensed to the operator, are trademarks of their respective owners. 7. User Account Registration and Termination Users who successfully register an account with iMAP automatically declare that he/she is an authorized member to use iMAP. iMAP reserves the right to terminate a user's account and restrict access to iMAP if a repeated violation of the Terms of Use occurs. 8.
